Please contact us directly if you are working or relocating to the area to discuss our Extended Stay Rates. 

A third adult or children are welcome when you reserve either Suite.

Children 11 and under are an additional $10.

Guests ages 12 to adult an additional $20.

Pets are welcome for an additional $25 fee when you reserve our suite.

Guests are welcome to check in anytime after 3pm. You will receive a reminder email a few days before your stay with self-check in instructions so you can arrive at your leisure.

We accept all major credit cards and a minimum of one night is due at time of booking.

PLEASE NOTE: A reservation is a commitment on both our parts for the entire stay. Cancellations received more than 14 days before arrival will be fully refunded minus a $30 processing fee. We reserve the right to charge for a reduced stay or early departure if it results in an unexpected vacancy.

All rates are subject to 12% sales tax.
